Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order you have up to 7 days after receiving it to make a return request.

Items must be in good condition without the CDA tag removed.

Items must not have any stain or smell.

Please note, you will be charged a return fee for each order returned. 

Your refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.

Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation.

If you have not received your return email after 14 days, please contact us through email and our team will be happy to help.
